| Trans-Alarm and Automated Entrance Products Announce New Agreement

Trans-Alarm Inc., Burnsville, MN and Automated Entrance Products, Inc., Plymouth, MN, today jointly announced plans to link the two companies under a new, parent organization, Trans-American Security Services, Inc.
The two businesses will remain intact and maintain separate sales and service operations. Carl Baldwin and Leon Donaghue, cofounders of Automated Entrance will remain with the Company and continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the AEPI division. Terry Mullett, President and CEO of Trans-Alarm will continue in his current role, as well. AEPI will relocate their operations to 500 East Travelers Trail, Suite 400, Burnsville, MN 55337 (Phone 952-895-3544).

Automated Entrance Products, Inc. is the area’s premier supplier of power-operated doors for commercial, retail and healthcare facilities.
